Ami Romanowski, MD, was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. She feels fortunate to have gained broad pediatric experience working at several prestigious children's hospitals. Dr. Romanowski joined Novant Health Township Pediatrics in 2012. She enjoys providing comprehensive care to children from birth to adolescence. Her favorite aspect of being a pediatrician is developing long lasting relationships with families and watching kids grow. Dr. Romanowski lives in Charlotte with her husband, J.R., and their two daughters, Ella and Sophie. She enjoys reading, running, traveling and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Dr. Romanowski is that she was a torchbearer for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
